These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and MedLearno.in governing all access to and use of MedLearno. By registering an account, logging in, clicking "I Agree," or accessing any part of this Platform in any manner — including as a guest — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using this Platform. Continued access after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated version.

SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION, SCOPE, AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 About MedLearno.in

MedLearno ("Platform", "Website", or "Service") is an online educational platform owned and operated by MedLearno.in ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Platform is purpose-built to serve the Indian NEET/JEE preparation ecosystem. It provides a curated question bank of MCQs, AI-powered performance analytics, a faculty-exclusive credit contribution system, mock test generation, chapter-wise and topic-wise study tools, performance dashboards, and pilot program access.

The Platform is specifically and exclusively designed for:

• Verified Faculty Members who teach NEET/JEE or Class 11–12 subjects
• NEET/JEE Aspirants preparing for competitive entrance exams
• Coaching Institutes seeking question bank access and batch-level analytics

1.2 Definitions

1.3 Scope and Supplementary Policies

These Terms apply universally across all access types — web browser, mobile browser, PWA, and any future Android/iOS application. They must be read alongside: Privacy Policy, Faculty Contribution Guidelines, Credit System Policy, and Refund and Payment Policy.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to register on this Platform. Users under 18 must obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to registration. MedLearno.in does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a user is below 13, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data deleted without notice.

2.2 Faculty Registration and Verification

Faculty registration is selective and subject to approval. Not every applicant will be accepted.

• Faculty registration is currently free of charge for contributors who commit to active question submission
• The Company previously charged ₹299 per year for faculty registration and reserves the right to reintroduce such a fee at any time with advance notice
• Approved faculty will receive a confirmation email with account activation details
• Registration approval is at the sole and absolute discretion of MedLearno.in
• Faculty who maintain the highest contribution quality standards may receive free account renewals

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide true, complete, current, and accurate information at registration and to keep this information updated. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent termination, without refund or credit restitution.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts may be permanently terminated and all credits forfeited.

2.5 Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities conducted under your account, and immediately notifying MedLearno.in at support@medlearno.in upon discovering any unauthorized access or security breach.

MedLearno.in will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any such request must be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

SECTION 3: THE CREDIT SYSTEM — DETAILED TERMS

3.1 Philosophy and Purpose

The credit system is a non-monetary, merit-based exchange mechanism designed exclusively for verified faculty members. Inspired by community-contribution models, it operates on a simple principle: contribute quality content, access premium resources.

3.2 Earning Credits

• 1 credit is awarded per approved, unique, valid MCQ
• Additional credits may be awarded for complete chapter-wise question sets or topic-wise question papers, at MedLearno.in's sole discretion
• Credits are credited only after content passes moderation review
• No credit is awarded for rejected questions
• Moderation decisions are final and non-appealable

3.3 Content Submission Standards

All contributed questions must be original or substantially reformulated, align with the NEET/JEE syllabus, be factually accurate, include a clear question with four options and the correct answer, and be in English free from offensive content.

MedLearno.in employs automated deduplication tools, AI-assisted quality filters, and manual moderation. Verified credit fraud results in permanent forfeiture of all credits, immediate account termination, possible institutional notification, and legal action if significant manipulation is involved.

SECTION 4: PLATFORM SERVICES AND FEATURES

4.1 Question Bank

MedLearno hosts a curated repository of MCQs organized by topic, difficulty, source type, and subtopic. While MedLearno.in makes every reasonable effort to maintain accuracy, no warranty is given that any specific question will appear in actual exams. Users are strongly encouraged to cross-verify all content with official NCERT textbooks and NTA publications.

4.2 Mock Tests and Exam Builder

The Platform provides customizable test-building tools. Mock test scores are not indicative of actual exam performance.

4.3 AI-Powered Performance Analytics

The Platform's AI analytics engine processes user test data to generate chapter-wise accuracy reports, time-per-question analysis, weak area identification, and improvement trend tracking. These are algorithmic outputs and do not constitute professional academic counseling.

4.4 Service Availability

MedLearno.in reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or permanently remove any feature at any time, and to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.

SECTION 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Ownership

All content on MedLearno is the exclusive intellectual property of MedLearno.in, protected under the Indian Copyright Act 1957, the Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable international intellectual property laws. © 2026 MedLearno.in. All Rights Reserved.

5.2 NCERT-Derived Content

Content derived from or aligned with NCERT textbooks is used strictly for non-commercial, educational purposes under Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957. NCERT retains full copyright over its original material.

5.3 Faculty-Contributed Content License

By submitting content to the Platform, faculty contributors grant MedLearno.in a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, edit, reformat, and remove the content. Contributors retain moral rights to their original work.

5.4 User License

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. This does not permit: copying/redistribution, sharing via messaging apps, building competing products, commercial exploitation, or automated data extraction.

SECTION 6: USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must use the Platform exclusively for lawful educational purposes. Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts, sharing credentials, submitting plagiarized content, uploading malware, using bots/scripts, reverse-engineering, performing cyberattacks, impersonating staff, and posting abusive content. Violations may result in immediate account termination, credit forfeiture, and legal proceedings.

SECTION 7: PAYMENTS, CREDIT PACKS, AND PRICING

7.1 Currently Active Credit Pack Pricing

Credit packs are valid for the lifetime of your account. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing with 7 days' prior notice.

7.2 Payment Security

MedLearno.in does not store payment card details on its servers. All payment processing is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. MedLearno.in will never ask for your payment credentials via email, phone, or chat.

SECTION 8: PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

All data practices are governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9: NON-RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER

9.1 Educational Tool Only

MedLearno.in makes no guarantee that use of the Platform will result in improved exam performance. Examination success depends on factors entirely beyond MedLearno.in's control.

9.2 No Warranty on Content Accuracy

MedLearno.in makes no absolute warranty that content is error-free. Users should cross-verify against official sources.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

• Maximum aggregate liability: amount paid by user in the preceding three months
• For free credit system users: maximum ₹500
• No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MedLearno.in and all associated parties from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or contributed content.

SECTION 10: CYBERSECURITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

10.1 Security Incident Notification

MedLearno.in commits to: user notification within 72 hours of confirming a breach; status updates within 24 hours of a major outage; and restoration from the most recent backup as quickly as feasible.

SECTION 11: ACCOUNT TERMINATION

By MedLearno.in: We may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for Terms violations, fraud, or legal requirements.

By User: Email support@medlearno.in. Voluntary closure permanently forfeits all credits and data is deleted within 30 days.

SECTION 12: GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governed by Indian law. Disputes follow: (1) Informal resolution via email (Days 1–15), (2) Mediation in Bengaluru (Days 16–45), (3) Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

SECTION 13: MISCELLANEOUS

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement
• Severability: Invalid provisions shall be modified minimally or severed
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive it
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; MedLearno.in may assign in connection with business transfers

SECTION 14: GRIEVANCE OFFICER AND CONTACT

Acknowledgment of grievance: within 24 hours. Resolution: within 15 days.

By accessing or using MedLearno in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by all sections of these Terms and Conditions, including the Non-Responsibility Disclaimer and Cybersecurity Non-Liability Clauses.
